Order & Payment Policy

At Ufuoskicakes & Catering Services, we want every order to be smooth and stress-free. Please read our terms below before placing your order. All prices and payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

1. Deposit & Balance (80% / 20%)
• A non-refundable deposit of 80% of your total order is required to confirm and lock in your booking. • The remaining 20% balance must be paid before delivery or pickup. • Your order is NOT considered confirmed until the 80% deposit is received. • Example: For an order of ₦50,000 — deposit ₦40,000 (80%), balance ₦10,000 (20%) before delivery.
2. Payment
• All payments are in Nigerian Naira (₦). • Bank transfer details will be shared on WhatsApp after you place your order. • Kindly send proof of payment for confirmation. • We do not accept payment on delivery — full balance must be cleared before the rider leaves.
3. Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery fees depend on your location and will be confirmed on WhatsApp. • Pickup is available at our location during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm). • Please be available at the agreed delivery time. A re-delivery fee may apply for missed deliveries.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Any changes to flavour, design or quantity must be made at least 72 hours before the delivery date. • The 80% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
5. Cakes & Custom Orders
• Custom cake designs require at least 5–7 days notice. • Colours, toppers and finishes may vary slightly from reference pictures due to the handmade nature of our products.
6. Allergies
• Please inform us of any allergies before placing your order. Our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten and other common allergens.
